Luxury Villa Sicenta offers accommodation for an optimal 6 and a maximum of 8 guests, and is fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor of the villa, there is an elegantly decorated living room filled with natural light, connected to an entertainment zone that includes a pool table, darts and PlayStation 5 — the perfect combination of relaxation and fun for all generations.
Next to the living room is a sophisticated dining room with a table for up to 8 people, as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen that meets all the needs of a modern stay.
On the upper floor of the villa there are three spacious and sunny bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, extra large double bed and flat-screen TV with satellite channels and Netflix. One of the rooms has access to a spacious terrace equipped with sun loungers, table, chairs and parasol — the perfect place for morning coffee, a light breakfast or evening relaxation. The illuminated olive tree gives this terrace a special charm, creating an intimate and romantic ambience at night.
Large glass walls elegantly connect the interior and exterior spaces of the villa, creating a sense of light and freedom. All openings are screened with mosquito nets, and direct access to the garden is possible from the kitchen, living room and entertainment area.
The centerpiece of the exterior is a beautiful 32 m² and 135 cm deep swimming pool, filled with salt water instead of chlorine, which further adds to the feeling of natural luxury. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool, and the pool can be heated in the pre- and post-season, with heating included in the price during May and October.
For complete outdoor enjoyment, guests have access to an outdoor kitchen, a portable barbecue, a dining area, comfortable seating, 6 deck chairs and a large parasol. The youngest guests also have their own entertainment corner, with a trampoline, a slide and five-a-side football goals.
There are also two private parking spaces within the fenced yard.
